During this one day workshop you will:

– Learn how to layer, fill and coat a round cake using chocolate ganache
– ice a cake using fondant
– learn about the tips and tricks used to achieve a a smooth and clean finish
– discover how to fix mistakes
– Learn how to add texture and patterns with wafer paper
– make simple sugar flower decorations including blossoms and small roses

You will also need to bring something for lunch. Light refreshments will be complimentary and served throughout the day.
