Just a quick note to firstly thank you for the wedding cake - it was a really lovely design and tasted totally delicious, the chocolate layer was really to die for! The safari cookies were absolutely wonderful and fitted in perfectly with our safari theme. They lasted about 5 minutes after the afternoon tea was served!

I was thrilled by our wedding cake – I almost cried with joy when I saw it the day before!  Not only did it look beautiful but it tasted wonderful .  Zoe was great from the outset, drawing up the design first and then matching the outside perfectly to my intricate lace dress .  I would  thoroughly recommend Zoe ’ s aesthetic and technical abilities not to mention her excellent cake baking skills!
