Zoe began her career as a pastry chef and has over 5 years experience working in some highly prestigious restaurants both in Australia and in the UK. Zoe has always had a passion for baking and decorating cakes and, after being inspired by making her own wedding cake in 2005, decided to turn passion into profession. In 2006, Zoe moved to London, where she had the opportunity to work with some of the UK’s leading cake designers, including Peggy Porschen and Carolyn White of ‘Cakes for fun’. Not only did Zoe learn a whole range of new skills there, she also had the chance to make wedding cakes for a number of celebrities and high profile clientele. In Nov 2007, Zoe set up her own cake decorating business creating her own wedding cake and celebration cake designs, which are inspired by anything from pieces of fabric to her children’s toys.
